Food Vendors Only

If you are selling food or food products, you must have a food permit from the State of Maine as well as insurance. If you would like, you may upload a copy of your license and proof of insurance below, or you may bring it with on the day of the show. Food vendors who do not produce a food license and proof of insurance before the start of the event will not be allowed to participate.

Additional Information

We request that you provide an item or items with a $50 value to be used for door prizes and raffle giveaways. Please indicate the door prize you will be offering.

NOTICE: Alcohol Vendors – Due to the Augusta Civic Center’s liquor license, booth sampling requires ACC-authorized personnel to handle and pour product. Alcohol must be purchased for booth by the ACC. Vendor must hire ACC-certified bartender to pour and handle product at booth at $30.00/hour, paid directly to the bartender at the end of each day.


Complimentary Admission Tickets

Your vendor fee includes up to 4 tickets for admission to the event. Please indicate below how many tickets you would like and how you would like to receive them.


Payment Details

Please Note: We will not process your payment until we have reviewed your registration details and assigned your booth number.


Agreement of Terms

Refunds: $100 is non-refundable. If cancelling, you must do so prior to thirty (30) days before the event. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event will not be refunded.
